Rostec State Corporation opened a new plant in Tuva to produce components for emulsion explosives. The products are required for drilling and blasting operations and will be supplied to the republic's largest mining companies. The total cost of the project amounted to more than 400 million rubles. Its realization is supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Republic of Tyva. 

The new production complex will produce non-explosive components for the manufacture of emulsion explosives. The products are used in drilling and blasting operations. The products can be used in wells of any degree of water cut. The explosion is initiated by means of detonators. Non-explosive components of industrial explosives are transported in mixing and charging and delivery machines, which automatically control the depth of charging the well, the mass of the charge and the composition of the mixture depending on the conditions. 

"More than 140 mineral deposits have been explored on the territory of Tuva. The annual demand of mining companies for explosives is growing. This is due to the increase in mining volumes and plans to put new deposits - gold, copper, zinc and other valuable minerals - into circulation. Rostec, as a driver of the country's industrial development, is opening new plants that will be able to cover the growing needs of domestic production. In addition, the deployment of the plant will create new jobs. The capacity of the plant will allow to produce more than five thousand tons of emulsion explosives per year, with the possibility of increasing the volume. We are also considering the possibility of exporting explosive products," said Bekkhan Ozdoyev, industrial director of the complex of conventional weapons, ammunition and special chemicals of Rostec State Corporation. 

Special technological equipment, as well as a system of quality control of raw materials, final product and process parameters will ensure the safety of production and application. In the future the plant will expand the range of manufactured products - it is planned to produce sulfide-free emulsions of "A" type and sulfide emulsions of "B" type. 

Emulsion explosives have significant advantages over traditional TNT explosives. They are more environmentally friendly and provide fewer emissions into the atmosphere.

The Obukhov plant of the state concern Almaz-Antey has demonstrated a working sample of the L-Type vehicle - a heavy electric quadricycle of the L7 class being developed by the concern. With modest dimensions, it has a closed interior and full-fledged automobile controls.

The car has a body of frame-panel construction. The power structure is welded from steel tubes, and the outer panels are composite. The electric motor is mounted on the rear axle.
The peculiarity of the L-Type design is that it is planned to be equipped with replaceable traction batteries using Battery Swap technology. The car's battery consists of six modules with a capacity of 2.66 kWh each. Each module can be swapped for a charged one within five minutes.

The range on a full charge is claimed to be 183 kilometers. Hence the planned purpose of the car - carsharing and delivery services. The car should go into production in 2024, in two variants of the interior - single or two-seat. Earlier it was reported that the price of such a car will be up to a million rubles.

On November 27, the plant sent four electric trains to the customer - the first batch of 12 trains scheduled for delivery in 2023. They will be operated on the routes of the Sverdlovsk Railway for supervised operation by the company's specialists. Under the signed contract, Ural Locomotives will hand over 22 Lastochka with domestic traction equipment to RZD.

The five-car "Lastochka" of the ES104 series is designed for railways electrified by direct current and is developed taking into account all the requirements in the field of space ergonomics and safety of passenger transportation. The key advantage of the electric train is the Russian traction equipment capable of providing fast acceleration of the train up to 160 km/h and efficient braking with energy recovery into the network. The five-car train has 401 seats, spacious luggage racks. The seats are equipped with USB sockets for charging mobile devices. The cars have a system of microclimate and air disinfection, elevators for people with low mobility. New sanitary modules are equipped with changing tables.

Miratorg's wholesale and distribution center worth RUB 3.8 billion was opened in the Korochansky District of the Belgorod Region. The construction of the center created 150 jobs in the region's agricultural sector, optimized the logistics chain and eliminated additional road transportation.

The capacity of the warehouse is 120 pallets/hour or 1400 tons/day. Products are stored at a temperature of minus 21° C on an area of 12 thousand square meters, and storage and the use of narrow aisle machinery allow to use its capacity to the maximum. After the center reaches full capacity, tax payments to budgets of all levels will amount to about 160 million rubles per year.
