The first anti-sanctions dump truck of the K5 generation was assembled at the automobile plant. KAMAZ-6595 has rolled off the assembly line, passed tests in the vehicle assembly and delivery shop and is waiting to be sent to the Scientific and Technical Center.

The reliable, comfortable, powerful vehicle, the production of which began in September 2020, immediately won the sympathy of consumers. In 2021, this model won the grand prize of the magazine "Za Rulem" in the category "Construction Trucks". The production of these heavy-duty trucks was suspended for a year, and here is the updated dump truck again comes off the assembly line of the auto giant.

The dumper's gearbox is equipped with localized components, fuel equipment and pneumatic brake automatics, electric hydraulic power steering have been replaced.

All replaced units should meet the requirements of reliability and safety. Another KAMAZ-6595 has already been laid down at the automobile plant, and two updated heavy four-axle heavy trucks with the 65951 index are also on the way.

Rostec State Corporation opened a new plant in Tuva to produce components for emulsion explosives. The products are required for drilling and blasting operations and will be supplied to the republic's largest mining companies. The total cost of the project amounted to more than 400 million rubles. Its realization is supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Republic of Tyva. 

The new production complex will produce non-explosive components for the manufacture of emulsion explosives. The products are used in drilling and blasting operations. The products can be used in wells of any degree of water cut. The explosion is initiated by means of detonators. Non-explosive components of industrial explosives are transported in mixing and charging and delivery machines, which automatically control the depth of charging the well, the mass of the charge and the composition of the mixture depending on the conditions. 

"More than 140 mineral deposits have been explored on the territory of Tuva. The annual demand of mining companies for explosives is growing. This is due to the increase in mining volumes and plans to put new deposits - gold, copper, zinc and other valuable minerals - into circulation. Rostec, as a driver of the country's industrial development, is opening new plants that will be able to cover the growing needs of domestic production. In addition, the deployment of the plant will create new jobs. The capacity of the plant will allow to produce more than five thousand tons of emulsion explosives per year, with the possibility of increasing the volume. We are also considering the possibility of exporting explosive products," said Bekkhan Ozdoyev, industrial director of the complex of conventional weapons, ammunition and special chemicals of Rostec State Corporation. 

Special technological equipment, as well as a system of quality control of raw materials, final product and process parameters will ensure the safety of production and application. In the future the plant will expand the range of manufactured products - it is planned to produce sulfide-free emulsions of "A" type and sulfide emulsions of "B" type. 

Emulsion explosives have significant advantages over traditional TNT explosives. They are more environmentally friendly and provide fewer emissions into the atmosphere.

The Obukhov plant of the state concern Almaz-Antey has demonstrated a working sample of the L-Type vehicle - a heavy electric quadricycle of the L7 class being developed by the concern. With modest dimensions, it has a closed interior and full-fledged automobile controls.

The car has a body of frame-panel construction. The power structure is welded from steel tubes, and the outer panels are composite. The electric motor is mounted on the rear axle.
The peculiarity of the L-Type design is that it is planned to be equipped with replaceable traction batteries using Battery Swap technology. The car's battery consists of six modules with a capacity of 2.66 kWh each. Each module can be swapped for a charged one within five minutes.

The range on a full charge is claimed to be 183 kilometers. Hence the planned purpose of the car - carsharing and delivery services. The car should go into production in 2024, in two variants of the interior - single or two-seat. Earlier it was reported that the price of such a car will be up to a million rubles.

On November 27, the plant sent four electric trains to the customer - the first batch of 12 trains scheduled for delivery in 2023. They will be operated on the routes of the Sverdlovsk Railway for supervised operation by the company's specialists. The five-car "Lastochka" of the ES104 series is designed for railways electrified by direct current and is developed taking into account all the requirements in the field of space ergonomics and safety of passenger transportation. The key advantage of the electric train is the Russian traction equipment capable of providing fast acceleration of the train up to 160 km/h and efficient braking with energy recovery into the network. The five-car train has 401 seats, spacious luggage racks. The seats are equipped with USB sockets for charging mobile devices. The cars have a system of microclimate and air disinfection, elevators for people with low mobility. New sanitary modules are equipped with changing tables.

Miratorg's wholesale and distribution center worth RUB 3.8 billion was opened in the Korochansky District of the Belgorod Region. The construction of the center created 150 jobs in the region's agricultural sector, optimized the logistics chain and eliminated additional road transportation.

The capacity of the warehouse is 120 pallets/hour or 1400 tons/day. Products are stored at a temperature of minus 21° C on an area of 12 thousand square meters, and storage and the use of narrow aisle machinery allow to use its capacity to the maximum. After the center reaches full capacity, tax payments to budgets of all levels will amount to about 160 million rubles per year.

Neryungri is the tenth airport reconstructed under the National Project. By the end of this year it is planned to complete the reconstruction of Ust-Nera airport.

"Rostselmash" has launched in Taganrog, Rostov region, a plant of small agricultural machinery on the area of 150 thousand square meters, for 1500 jobs. The territory of the plant is 78 hectares. It is planned that by 2025 the enterprise will produce 5 thousand units of machinery.

As reported RBC Rostov, in May 2023 was launched cutting and procurement building of the plant of small agricultural machinery. It was planned to carry out blanking operations there. The company also purchased laser cutting, bending, shot blasting, band saw, lathe and bending machines. The main base of machine tools was planned to be moved to the Taganrog enterprise from the site in Rostov-on-Don by the end of the year.

According to the government of the Rostov region, the construction of a small agricultural machinery plant in Taganrog started in May 2022. It was noted that the volume of investments in the project implementation will amount to 1.5 billion rubles. The plant is planned to produce five types of machinery, including soil tillage, forage harvester, grain processing, self-propelled and trailed sprayers, as well as adapters for combines.

TECHNICOL has completed construction of a plant for the production of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) insulation materials in the Usolye-Sibirskoye TPSEZ. The equipment has already been installed at the plant, and now the site is undergoing commissioning works. It is assumed that the first batch of products will come off the line in early 2024.

The enterprise will produce a full range of XPS boards intended for insulation of foundations, floors, roofs, walls, filling sandwich panels. Thermal insulation from extrusion polystyrene foam is used in such construction sectors as civil and industrial, road and railroad, as well as in laying pipelines.

After reaching full capacity, the capacity of the new plant will be 140 thousand cubic meters of finished products per year. Commissioning of the new production will allow to satisfy the growing demand for XPS thermal insulation of consumers from Eastern Siberia, Far East and Yakutia. In addition, due to the proximity of the plant to the construction sites in Eastern Siberia, the transportation component in the cost of products will be significantly reduced and, as a consequence, the cost of thermal insulation at construction sites in the region will be reduced.

Miners of the Lovozero Mining and Processing Plant lifted the first tons of ore from the central part of the Alluaivskoye loparite mine.

The deposit, located in the Lovozero District of the Murmansk Region, has been mined since 1939. Mining is carried out at the Karnasurt mine. The central part of the Alluaivskoye mine, according to GOK geologists, represents a rich malignite layer. Previously, it was not utilized due to difficult mining and geological conditions.

More than one kilometer of underground mine workings were penetrated to mine the central part of the Alluaivskoye deposit. Mining of three new cleaning blocks has already started. In total, the miners will work in 14 treatment blocks. This will guarantee the maintenance of the current productivity of the plant and stable supply of raw materials to JSC Solikamsk Magnesium Plant, the only producer of rare-earth metals in Russia.

AllianceSpecMash (part of the BAKS-Technology consortium) set up serial production of process equipment for medium- and large-capacity liquefied natural gas (LNG) and shelf projects in the town of Chaikovsky, Perm Territory.

Total investment in the project amounted to RUB 2.8 billion, of which RUB 1.6 billion was provided by the federal Industrial Development Fund (IDF) in the form of a soft loan.

As part of the project financed by the IDF, the company has developed and launched production of components for air-cooled extraction apparatuses, pipeline connectors and vessel equipment, as well as block-modular (gas metering units, pumping stations) and heat-exchange equipment (columns, separators).

The enterprise intends to manufacture up to 6 thousand tons of products per year. The level of product localization is 100% - all raw materials and components come from domestic manufacturers.

As a result of the project implementation, the share of imports in the segment of air-cooled extraction-type apparatuses will be reduced to 85%, pipeline connection parts - to 71%, and capacitive equipment - to 6.3%.

To date, 26 additional jobs have been created in the course of the project implementation.

RariTEK-Gasomotor Fuel Systems, a subsidiary of RariTEK Holding JSC, launched a unique cryogenic tank production line in Naberezhnye Chelny. This is the first such project in the industrial sector not only in the city but also in the region.

Investments in the project, created within the framework of import substitution, amounted to 250 million rubles. It took the enterprise a year to prepare the production facility with the area of 1.5 thousand square meters and develop technical documentation. Thanks to the project realization 25 new jobs were created.
The new line is already ready to meet the demands of the actively developing NGV fuel market in Russia, and, in particular, the cluster of NGV equipment manufacturers, which is concentrated in Tatarstan. First of all, meeting the need for optimal solutions for compact storage of large volumes of natural gas. Cryogenic fuel systems are one of such priority solutions.

InStelRus LLC will launch an all-glass structures production facility at the Novoorlovskaya site in the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg. The site is part of the St. Petersburg Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The groundbreaking ceremony took place on November 22. The company was registered as a resident of the SEZ at the end of 2022. Total investment in the project will amount to 2.1 billion rubles, including the company's own funds and loans.

"Phase I, with a capacity of about 25,000 square meters of glass structures per month, will be commissioned at the end of 2024. The second (final) phase, with a capacity of about 15,000 square meters of glass structures, is planned to be commissioned in February 2025."

The company will produce all-glass structures, including for medical institutions (laboratories, operating rooms), as well as for the space, electronics, food and construction industries. The 10,000-square-meter facility, which will employ 185 people, will include a production facility and a training center.
