New cottage cheese production facility launched in Knyaginino with state support

BUSINESS 04 December 2023

Knyaginino Milk JSC launched a new cottage cheese production facility in the town of Knyaginino, Nizhny Novgorod region, which was established with state support.

The new cottage cheese production meets modern requirements of product quality. It gives the enterprise a competitive advantage in the fight for the buyer, who today is ready to vote with his ruble for a quality product. All production processes at the production facility - from raw material acceptance to finished products - are automated, which allows to increase labor productivity. The volume of investments in the facility amounted to 1.2 billion rubles, of which 800 million the dairy plant attracted under the federal program at a preferential rate of four percent per annum. The regional subsidy reduced the rate to one percent. We consider this algorithm of support to be one of the most effective measures. Under this scheme large investment projects have already been implemented at dairy plants in Nizhny Novgorod and Pavlov.

The new cottage cheese production of JSC "Knyagininskoye Moloko" is designed to produce 14 tons of products per day. Due to the implementation of the project, about 30 jobs were created at the enterprise.
